Our Pilates instructors take a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.
Anyone can benefit from good core conditioning, especially if you’ve recently had a child or you’re just getting a little soft around the centre. Because Pilates strengthens and aids flexibility, it can also be used to help people with poor mobility, muscular pain or an injury, but your Doctor’s advice should be taken first.
Pilates has no age or gender limit. Elderly people can often benefit from an increased range of movement and, guys… you should see what it can do for that six pack.
