Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high intensity aerobics with or without the use of equipment. An exercise circuit is one completion of all prescribed exercises as planned by the instructor taking the class.
Traditionally, the time between each station/exercise is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise? Our circuit training classes will vary in formats depending on the instructor taking the class and will utilise different equipment and methods to keep you in shape and in the hope that workouts will never get boring.
