We offer three types of Aqua Aerobics here at the club: Deep Water, Shallow Water and Aqualates:
Aqua Aerobics – Shallow Water
A class taken in shallower water done mainly vertically where you will perform aerobic exercise as set out by our instructors with the addition of floats and woggles.
Aqua Aerobics – Aqualates
Similar to shallow water aerobics but based around Pilates – a more chilled out routine
Aqua Aerobics – Deep Water
Similar to shallow water aerobics but taken in deeper water with the addition of a floatation device which frees up your lower limbs allowing for alternative routines
