Q: What should I wear to the class?

A: In General we would advise that you wear items of clothing that are going to be able to let you move freely, allow your body to breath and not get too hot and most importantly be comfortable.

Foot wear for all classes involving the use of free weights, or objects that could be dropped from height, should be based around a trainer and cover the entire foot – If in doubt, bring a few options with you to your first class and ask the instructor

Most importantly – Don’t forget a drink and a towel!!
